DOSAGE: - Adults, oral administration: In case of insomnia, it is usually sufficient to take 1-2 cups/24 hours, while in case of nervousness, 1 cup/8 hours can be taken. AQUILEA CALMING INFUSION 20 PILLS METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION Infusions are prepared by placing a filter in a cup and adding boiling water. Let it steep for 10 minutes. It can be sweetened with sugar, honey or an artificial sweetener. If used for insomnia, it is recommended to take this product half an hour before bedtime. If taking multiple doses daily, it is recommended to divide them and take the last dose half an hour before bedtime. INTERACTIONS Although no drug interactions have been described, this drug is expected to potentiate the effects of other sedative drugs, such as barbiturates, benzodiazepines, H1 antihistamines, opioid analgesics or antipsychotics, so extreme caution is recommended in patients who must drive or perform hazardous activities. ADVERSE REACTIONS No adverse reactions have been reported at recommended daily doses. WARNINGS/ADVICE ADVICE FOR PATIENTS: This product may cause drowsiness. - It is recommended to take this medicine half an hour before bedtime. - If multiple doses are taken, it is recommended to take them throughout the day. USE IN SPECIAL CONDITIONS - PREGNANCY No clinical studies have been conducted in humans, so the use of this drug is acceptable only in the absence of safer therapeutic alternatives. - BREAST-FEEDING It is not known whether the components of this medicine are excreted in significant amounts in breast milk and, if so, whether this could affect the infant. It is recommended to discontinue breast-feeding or avoid the administration of this medicine. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF USE - CHILDREN The safety and efficacy of this medicine in children have not been evaluated; therefore, its use is not recommended.
