Smoke and charred oak rise, intertwined with aromatic tobacco and old leather, touched by perfumed angelica and a honeyed note over coal tar. Palate: Fruity opening of tinned peaches in syrup, paired with white-pepper peat smoke. Dried apricot, almond milk and roasted walnut emerge on a lush, oily-syrupy body, with hints of old leather, chamois, soap and delicate florals, finishing with salted Finish: Spiced and sooty yet fresh and fragrant with smoked lime, anise, white pepper, long and minerally, salted almonds, chocolate limes dropped into seaweed rock pools and some waxy candied peel notes.
