Sherried notes of dried raisins, fig and cocoa mingle with burnt sugar and espresso, while a maritime breeze adds subtle brine. A complex, Palate: A dense, peaty palate with a maritime heartbeat and a generous sherry whisper from the casks. Peat smoke twists with iodine and brine, then yields to dark chocolate, fig and toffee from the ex-bourbon and ex-sherry maturations. Spices rise—ginger, Finish: Long, peat-smoked finish with maritime iodine giving way to rich sherry fruit, cocoa and spice. The warmth lingers, weaving vanilla and toasted oak into the smoke, while mineral sea-salt notes fade into a refined, lingering tail.
