Armorgard FB2 Flambank Hazardous Storage Box

The FlamBank Hazard Vault is a robust, COSHH-compliant storage solution designed for secure containment of chemicals and flammables. Constructed to withstand fire for up to 30 minutes, it provides durable, fully welded sump protection to prevent leakage. The unit combines steel plate construction with a powder-coated finish for long-lasting durability, making it suitable for demanding environments where hazardous substances require secure storage.

With high levels of security and ventilation, the FlamBank features 5-lever deadlocks with anti-drill plates, anti-cut rollers in the deadbolt, and robust Chubb-style keys. It includes high and low-level ventilation to prevent the build-up of fumes and flame arrester gauze fitted on all boxes, contributing to safer storage conditions.

The Vault’s external dimensions are 1275 x 665 x 660mm, with internal dimensions of 1190 x 605 x 575mm and a weight of 80kg. Sump capacity ranges from 40L to 250L depending on the model, and the sump base is fully welded and tested to ensure leakage prevention.
