Sweeter highlights emerge: baked ripe figs, sultanas and black cherries, lending a luscious fruit-forward warmth that promises depth and elegance. Palate: Fruit cake with toasted almonds and cinnamon leads into juicy zest of oranges and mandarins, balanced by manuka honey and muscovado sugar, with baked apricots and a white pepper note that adds welcome complexity. Finish: Creamy and spicy with dark chocolate, walnuts and dark fruits compote.
