Asics GT-1000 14 is a versatile, stable running shoe designed for everyday runners who want light support and comfort across both short and longer distances. The upper uses a specially developed jacquard mesh for a snug, breathable and flexible fit. A midsole combining FF BLAST foam with PureGel technology in the heel delivers soft cushioning and a responsive ride. PureGel is an evolution of GEL, with about 65% softer cushioning for improved impact comfort. Stability is provided by the 3D Guidance System, an adaptable support structure that activates when needed, allowing natural motion the rest of the time.

The GT-1000 14 GTX variant adds waterproof and breathable protection, with materials including synthetics and textiles, and an abrasion-resistant rubber outsole. The design emphasises stability with LITETRUSS support and a grippy sole suitable for wet conditions.

The shoe’s construction prioritises a breathable upper and comfort underfoot, while maintaining a responsive, stable feel across a range of distances and surfaces.
