Asics GT-1000 14 is a versatile and stable running shoe designed for everyday runners who want light support and comfort across both short and longer distances. The upper is crafted from a specially developed jacquard mesh to provide a snug, breathable and flexible fit. The shoe features an 8mm heel drop, and a midsole that combines FF BLAST™ foam with PureGel™ technology in the heel to offer soft cushioning and a more dynamic, energy-filled ride. PureGel™ is an advanced version of GEL™ and in this model is about 65% softer for enhanced comfort on impact. Stability is managed by Asics' 3D Guidance System™, an adaptable support framework that activates when needed, allowing natural movement most of the time.

The GT-1000 14 is built for road running and pairs lightweight construction with advanced cushioning for improved comfort. It uses a textile/synthetic upper with a textile lining and an abrasion-proof rubber outsole, while the insole is textile for added comfort.
