In The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game, players will gather a company of heroes to embark on a series of dangerous adventures in Middle-earth. The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game is a collaborative game for 1-4 players, who will have to act as a group to tackle the scenarios controlled by the game itself. As a Living Card Game, new cards and businesses will be available in future expansions, allowing players to enrich the contents of this basic set and create completely original decks. In the expanded La Cercasogni campaign, 1 to 4 players will sail to the oceans of Middle-earth, challenge the privateers in the open sea and defend the Grey Ports from fierce raiders. Over nine scenarios, also playable in sequence as a single complete campaign, they will face pirates, spectres, sea monsters, and a charismatic opponent who commands a fleet of powerful ships.
