The chaos truly begins when the flight crew, including the pilot and co-pilot, become violently ill from a poorly chosen fish dinner. With the plane flying without a pilot, panic erupts. There is only one hope: among the passengers, an ex-fighter pilot named Ted Striker, who is now terrified of flying due to a wartime trauma, will be forced to take control of the commercial aircraft.
