By replacing these critical components, you restore the integrity of your braking system, giving you the confidence to tackle challenging terrain safely. Pistons and Seals: The Heart of Your CaliperThe pistons are the driving force within your brake caliper, responsible for pushing the pads against the rotor. Over time, the seals surrounding them can degrade from heat, contamination, and age. This leads to the most common braking issues, including brake drag and a spongy feel. This kit includes two precision-engineered 21mm caliper pistons and a full set of corresponding high-quality seals. Installing these new components ensures a flawless hydraulic seal, prevents fluid contamination, and allows the pistons to move freely for optimal performance and durability.FEATURES:-DISC BRAKE CALIPER PISTON KIT - - ELIXIR.This all-in-one kit provides the essential hardware to completely service one brake caliper, bringing it back to factory specifications.
