AVID CARP Outline Chod & Heli BeadsCategory: Fishing equipmentSubcategory: Small parts---Elevate your rig mechanics and achieve ultimate confidence with the AVID CARP Outline Chod & Heli Beads, an essential component for the discerning carp angler. Engineered with precision and a deep understanding of underwater dynamics, this small part is pivotal for constructing safe, effective, and incredibly discreet helicopter and chod rig presentations. When your end tackle needs to be flawless, these beads provide the reliability and performance required to turn a subtle take into a landed fish. The innovative design ensures your rig performs perfectly on the cast, settles correctly on the lakebed, and most importantly, offers unparalleled safety for the carp.Key Benefits:* Ultimate Fish Safety: The primary benefit is its superior safety mechanism. The bead is designed to slide off the grip stop under minimal pressure, allowing your hooklink to travel freely up and off the leader in the event of a mainline snap. This critical feature helps prevent tethered fish and showcases responsible angling.* Perfect Rig Presentation: The bead's unique tapered shape allows a size 11 QC, Ring Swivel, or Flexi Ring Swivel to sit semi-fixed, creating a neat, low-profile connection. This streamlined profile significantly reduces the chance of tangles during flight and ensures your rig lays out perfectly every time.* Versatile Rig Application: Whether you are an avid user of the popular Chod Rig or prefer a traditional Helicopter setup, these beads are the perfect solution. Their design is compatible with a wide array of leaders, including leadcore and unleaded alternatives, making them a versatile staple in any terminal tackle box.* Superior Concealment: Featuring the signature Avid Carp Outline Camo finish, these beads blend in seamlessly with a variety of lakebed environments. This exceptional camouflage ensures your end tackle remains unobtrusive and doesn´t spook wary, rig-shy carp.Main Features:* Two-Part Construction: Consists of a tapered main bead and a separate, grooved Grip Stop. This system provides a secure hold during casting but allows for safe release under pressure.* Tapered Bead Design: The external bead is purposefully shaped to create a neat, anti-tangle setup when a swivel is pushed into place, enhancing the rig´s mechanics and presentation.* High-Grip Internal Stop: The Grip Stop is designed to be pushed onto the leader, providing a tight and secure friction fit that anchors the bead system in place, even during powerful, long-range casts.* Outline Camo Finish: The market-leading camouflage pattern breaks up the outline of the component, making it exceptionally difficult for fish to detect against silt, gravel, or light weed.LEADCORE CHOD BEADS.These Outline Chod beads are perfect for use on leadcore and unleaded leaders when setting up the Chod rig or a helicopter presentation.Simply slide the Grip Stop onto a Splicing needle and carefully push it onto your leadcore leader. Finally pop the bead over the stop.Protectors* Integrated Fish Safety System: The core function of this product acts as a protector for the fish. The two-part design is engineered to separate under the pressure of a fighting fish if the main line breaks. The bead will slide over any leader knot and off the end of the line, allowing the hooklink and rig to detach completely and freeing the fish from the leader.Technical Specifications* Product: Outline Chod & Heli Beads* Brand: AVID CARP* Range: Outline Terminal Tackle* Compatibility: Leadcore, Unleaded Leaders, Monofilament Mainlines* Colour: Outline Camo* Pack Contents: 8 x Tapered Beads, 8 x Grip Stops. tradeinn Waveinn
