Boasting an impressive AXA Safety Index of 12, this lock is built to deter even the most determined thieves. The lock features a hardened steel bar and a fully hardened steel lock housing, creating a robust barrier against cutting, pulling, and torsion attacks. Furthermore, the cylinder is protected by an anti-drill plate, preventing thieves from drilling out the lock core, a common method of attack. This high level of security makes it an ideal choice for high-value bicycles parked for extended periods.Extra-Large Design for Maximum CompatibilityThe ´X-Large´ designation is key to this lock´s versatility. It features an extra-wide 92mm passage, providing ample clearance for the wide tires, oversized mudguards, and bulky frames commonly found on today´s e-bikes, mountain bikes, and cruiser models. This thoughtful design ensures you don´t have to compromise on security just because your bike is non-standard. The lock mounts securely via a drilled chainstay attachment, integrating seamlessly with your bike´s frame for a permanent and always-ready security solution.Dual Security with Plug-In CapabilityElevate your bike´s security from a deterrent to a complete anchor. The AXA Imenso X-Large is equipped with a smart plug-in function. This allows you to easily connect an AXA ULC or RLC plug-in chain or cable (sold separately) directly into the side of the frame lock. With this two-in-one system, you can not only immobilize the rear wheel but also secure your bicycle to a fixed object like a lamppost, fence, or bike rack, drastically increasing its resistance to theft.Ergonomic and Safe to UseThoughtfully designed for daily convenience, the Imenso X-Large features a smooth, ergonomic operating knob that makes locking and unlocking your bike effortless. For added safety, particularly when riding with children, a built-in child lock prevents the lock from being accidentally engaged while the bicycle is in motion. The lock is supplied with two reversible keys, which means you never have to fumble to find the right way to insert them. Should you ever lose a key, AX´s convenient online key service allows you to easily order a replacement.---Technical Specifications:* Product: AXA Frame Lock ´´Imenso X-Large´´* Passage Width: 92mm wide passage* Mounting: Drilled chainstay attachment* Security Feature: With plug-in function for additional chain/cable lock* Materials: Hardened steel bar and lock housing* Operation: Ergonomic operating knob, children lock* Security Level: AXA Safety Index: 12 (High Protection)Package Contents:* AXA Imenso X-Large AZ Frame Lock* Two Reversible Keys. tradeinn Bikeinn
