B+w Nd 1.8 Mrc Nano Master 46 Mm Polarizing Filter. B+W 46mm ND 1.8 MRC Nano Master Filter (6-Stop)Unlock a new realm of creative possibilities in your photography with the B+W 46mm ND 1.8 MRC Nano Master Filter. Designed for photographers who refuse to be limited by bright light, this professional-grade neutral density (ND) filter is your key to mastering long exposures and controlling depth of field in any situation. This is an indispensable tool for landscape, architectural, and creative photographers seeking to capture stunning motion blur and achieve cinematic effects in their stills and video work. This B+W grey filter provides a powerful 6-stop light reduction (ND 1.8 or 64x filter factor), a significant density that classifies it as an extreme filter ideal for ambitious pictorial photography. This substantial reduction in light allows you to dramatically slow down your shutter speeds even in broad daylight. For instance, this turns a standard shutter speed of 1/60 s into a full one-second exposure time without you ever needing to change the aperture. This capability is crucial for photographers who want to maintain a specific depth of field while introducing breathtaking motion blur into their compositions. The creative potential is immense: flowing water is delicately rendered into a silky, ethereal mist, clouds streak across the sky, and bustling city streets can be emptied of moving people and traffic, creating a serene and surreal atmosphere.Crafted with legendary German precision by Schneider Kreuznach, this filter belongs to the esteemed B+W Master line, featuring a slim yet robust brass mount. This design minimizes the risk of vignetting on wide-angle lenses and ensures smooth, bind-free threading onto your lens. The optical glass is finished with B+W´s exclusive MRC Nano coating. This state-of-the-art, multi-resistant coating involves an eight-layer system on each side of the glass, ensuring maximum reflection reduction to prevent ghosting and flare, which guarantees exceptional color fidelity and contrast. The final outer layer is the advanced Nano coating, which creates a highly effective hydrophobic and oleophobic protective shield. This makes the filter surface extremely resistant to scratches and incredibly easy to clean, water, oil, and smudges simply bead up and wipe away with minimal effort, allowing you to keep shooting even in challenging weather conditions.Features:- This B+W Grey Filter, which reduces the aperture by six f-stops, is already considered an extreme filter in pictorial photography.- This turns 1/60 s into a full second exposure time without changing the aperture (and depth of field).- Flowing water is delicately rendered.Specifications:- Diameter (Mm): 46. tradeinn Techinn
