General description Bondloc B2001 is a hand kneadable, specialty epoxy putty designed for permanent repairs on various substrates. It contains a fading black dye that turns grey after mixing and can be applied underwater, whether in fresh or salt water. This putty bonds effectively to fibreglass, metal, wood, concrete, and glass, and does not yellow when exposed to UV light. It hardens in approximately 10 minutes, allowing it to be ready for use within an hour, with full strength achieved in 24 hours. Suitable applications include repairing tanks, drums, pipes, leaks, and porosity holes in castings.
