Bahco 9-485-09-1P Ergo Oval Shaped File Handle

The Bahco ERGO Oval Shaped Handle for Flat & Half-Round Files is designed to improve comfort and safety during filing tasks. Developed using the scientific ERGO process, the handle aims to reduce muscle tension and the risk of injury. It features a hard polypropylene core covered with a thermoplastic elastomer, delivering a comfortable, non-slip grip that fits naturally in the hand. A key safety feature is that the handle completely covers the tang and shoulder, helping prevent the hand from slipping onto the blade. The combination of smooth contours and secure attachment supports steadier control when working with rectangular cross-section files, including flat, tangential, and half-round shapes.
