It is designed to fit a half-size area, can be trimmed with scissors to fit around controls or to the desired shape, and is easy to clean by hand. With a heat tolerance up to 250°C, this protector provides a durable surface that protects the hob when not in use and during cooking, particularly for heavy cast iron cookware, while supporting continuous conductivity between hob and cookware.
