Owned by the Barbadillo family since 1821, 7 generations of family sherry production. Aged for 8 years in sherry butts (casks). 'En Rama' Sherries are bottled with no fining and minimal filtration for greater freshness and fuller body. Bodegas Barbadillo is the world's leading manzanilla producer. They have 12 bodegas spread across the ancient city of Sanlucar de Barrameda. These bodegas contain 30,000 butts of sherry.
