A dry sherry produced in Sanlucar de Barrameda, located on the Atlantic coast in the classic sherry producing region in Jerez, South West Spain. Manzanilla is similar in style to Fino sherry, however manzanilla has a unique and subtle tangy salty finish. Serve as a brilliantly refreshing aperitif or with seafood, olives or crisps. Owned by the Barbadillo family since 1821, 7 generations of family sherry production. Aged for 8 years in sherry butts (casks). 'En Rama' Sherries are bottled with no fining and minimal filtration for greater freshness and fuller body. Bodegas Barbadillo is the world's leading manzanilla producer. They have 12 bodegas spread across the ancient city of Sanlucar de Barrameda. These bodegas contain 30,000 butts of sherry.
