BARREL MATURED BRITISH RUM - DropWorks Barrel Drop is the first barrel-matured rum from Europe's largest rum distillery, crafted from scratch in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. A full-bodied, complex small batch rum with rich notes of rum and raisin ice cream, jammy dates, warm winter spices, vanilla, and cinder toffee. WORLD-FIRST HYBRID OAK CASKS - Matured in a unique combination of casks including a world-first rum barrel hybrid with an American Oak STR body and Portuguese Oak STR head, both shaved, toasted and recharred. American Oak delivers vanilla and spice with a hint of orange peel, while Portuguese Oak introduces jammy fruit, prunes and plums. CRAFTED WITH WILD TRINITY YEAST - Fermented using DropWorks' world-first Wild Trinity Yeast, three strains living symbiotically together, exclusive to the distillery and found nowhere else. Four different fermentations ranging from 4 to 7 days create a depth of flavour and complexity that sets Barrel Drop apart. NO ADDITIVES, NO SUGAR, NO COLOURING - What you taste is 100% the liquid and nothing else. Barrel Drop contains no additives, flavourings, colourings, or sugar.
