Basar Masala Spice Mix 1kg (Blended spices ideal base for any curry dish)

A tasty combination of spices blended to perfection to create the perfect base to any curry. Packed with spices such as cumin, coriander & mace. Use this in any meat-based curry, vegetable curry or even as a seasoning in sauces, breads & more – an authentic all-purpose seasoning. Use as a meat rub before cooking to allow flavour to soak in. Add around 1 tbsp per 500ml liquid (or more if necessary) when using in curry sauces. Try using in masala dishes or rice dishes!
