Distinctive Features: Brachetto d'Acqui is an excellent dessert wine with a light ruby red colour characterized by fine and persistent bubbles. It evokes sweet aromas of aromatic grapes, red fruit and nuances of rose. It has a sweet, pleasant, delicately fresh taste. Vinification: The harvested grapes are de-stemmed and left to ferment at a controlled temperature for about 2-3 days; the must obtained is filtered and stored at 0 ° C.
