Usage

Wash and dry your hands before testing. Insert a test strip into the Contour Next blood glucose metre. Prick the side of your fingertip with the lancing device to obtain a small drop of blood. Touch and hold the drop of blood to the end of the test strip until the metre displays the results. The metre will display the glucose level in mg/dL or mmol/L. Record your results and follow your healthcare provider's instructions for managing your diabetes. Dispose of the used test strip according to the manufacturer's instructions.
