Beaphar Flea Spray for Cats & Dogs 150ml Cutaneous spray solution. Beaphar Pump-Action Flea Spray kills fleas on your dog or cat and prevents their return for 3–-4 days. Based on pyrethrum plant extracts, a natural insecticide grown in Kenya, this spray is suitable for cats and dogs over 6 months of age and has a silent action pump spray, making it ideal for nervous pets. Brush the fur against the lie of the coat. Hold the spray 15 inches (40 cm) from the coat, and spray as follows: Cats: No more than 3 pumps on each side. Lightly towel fur to remove excess spray before allowing cat to groom. Dogs: Small (1.5 – 5 kg): 3 pumps on each side. Medium (5.1 – 15 kg): 6 pumps on each side. Large (15.1 – 30 kg): 10 pumps on each side Work from the rear of the animal towards the head. Treatment can be repeated 4 or 5 days later, if necessary. Do not allow dogs to swim for 24 hours after applying the product. Treating a pet for fleas will not solve a flea problem unless you also treat their environment with a suitable household flea treatment.
