General description BEDEC MULTI SURFACE PAINT MSP is a versatile, water-based paint known for its outstanding flexibility, which prevents flaking or peeling. It is suitable for use on a wide range of surfaces, including weathered Tar Varnish, Bitumen, and Creosote, and it is non-yellowing and easy to clean with water.
