Bedec Barn Paint Satin Anthracite 2.5 Litre

Bedec Barn Paint is a tough, water-based acrylic paint formulated for a range of exterior surfaces, including wood, plastic, concrete, weathered galvanised steel, brick and cladding. It provides excellent colour retention and is available in Semi-Gloss, with Matt and Satin finishes available for Black and White. The coating flexes with the substrate to minimise cracking or flaking, making it well suited to exterior buildings such as barns, stables, sheds and other outbuildings. The product is designed as a multi-surface solution for outdoor projects and is supplied in a 2.5L container, with a weight of around 9.92 pounds.

It is suitable for use on wood, plastic, galvanised steel, brick, concrete, tar, bitumen and creosote, and is designed to resist cracking, blistering and flaking. The paint is water-based and dries to touch in about 2 hours, with re-coating possible after around 4 hours, when applied in temperatures above 10°C. Preparation should include cleaning the surface, ensuring it is dry and free from contaminants. For untreated weathered wood or porous substrates, the first coat can be diluted with up to 30% clean water as a primer sealer. An exterior knot block primer should be applied to knots before painting to help prevent staining.

Usage

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from contaminants before application.
