BEDEC MULTI SURFACE PAINT MSP is a versatile, water-based coating designed for interior and exterior use. It delivers a flexible, non-flaking finish that adheres to a wide range of substrates and can be applied over many existing paints or varnishes, including weathered Tar Varnish, Bitumen and Creosote. The paint dries to a matt finish, is easy to clean with water and offers low VOC emissions. It is microporous and breathable, non-flammable, and remains alkali resistant, making it suitable for a variety of environments and projects such as doors, window frames, cladding and render. Recoatable after four hours, it provides durability while maintaining a low odour profile during application.

The product is self-priming and compatible with numerous materials, including plastic, wood, metal (including radiators), plastic coated steel, brick, masonry, fibreglass, terracotta, stone, plaster, MDF, tiles, melamine, UPVC, galvanised steel, aluminium and copper. For mild steel, a metal primer may be advisable if staining could occur, and a stain block is available for stubborn stains. It resists flaking and cracking, helping to retain gloss and colour over time.
