BEDEC MULTI SURFACE PAINT MSP is a versatile, water-based paint designed to stay flexible and resist flaking or peeling. It can be applied over most existing paints and varnishes, including weathered tar varnish, bitumen, and creosote, and remains non-yellowing. This paint cleans up with water and is suitable for interior and exterior use on a wide range of surfaces. It is alkali and heat resistant, recoatable after about four hours, and microporous and breathable to help surfaces breathe. For challenging substrates such as mild steel or stains, specific primers or blocks are recommended. The product is suitable for direct application to many materials, including plastics, wood, metal (including radiators), cladding, brick, masonry, plaster, tiles, and more. It is available in multiple sheen levels to suit different finishes.

It goes over most types of paint and remains flexible to resist flaking or cracking, helping to retain gloss longer. It is designed for direct application on a wide range of substrates and works on materials such as plastic, wood, metal, brick, masonry, terracotta, stone, plaster, MDF, tiles, UPVC, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, and more. For mild steel, BEDEC Metal Primer is recommended if staining can occur, and BEDEC Stain Block can be used for stains. The product is non-flammable and water-based, making cleanup easy.
