The BEDEC Multi Surface Paint MSP is a versatile, water-based coating designed for interior and exterior use. It can be applied directly to a wide range of surfaces without a primer or undercoat, helping to prevent flaking and cracking while maintaining gloss for longer. The formulation is microporous and breathable, offering low odour and low VOC credentials, and it is designed to resist weathering and heat exposure up to 80°C. Suitable for surfaces such as wood, MDF, metals, plastics, tiles and radiators, it provides a practical, all-in-one solution for doors, window frames, guttering, cladding, render and more. The product is available in three sheen levels and is alkali and heat resistant.

This paint is compatible with many existing coatings, including weathered tar varnish, bitumen and creosote, and can be used over most paints and varnishes. It cleans up easily and remains flexible enough to prevent flaking or cracking after application. For certain substrates, use of BEDEC Metal Primer for mild steel or BEDEC Stain Block on stained areas is recommended to optimise performance.
