General description BEDEC MULTI SURFACE PAINT MSP is a versatile, water-based paint designed to resist flaking and peeling due to its exceptional flexibility. It can be applied over most existing paints and varnishes, including weathered Tar Varnish, Bitumen, and Creosote. This non-yellowing paint is easy to clean up with water and is suitable for a wide range of surfaces.
