It uses 280 gsm fleece pique fabric made from 100% polyester, with 100% GRS certified recycled polyester yarns. The garment features hex-pattern heatsealed retro-reflective tape for flexible, comfortable fit and visibility, and anti-pill treatment to maintain a smooth surface. It is produced through a closed-loop process, with fabrics and trims sourced from post-consumer plastic bottles and recycled back into new products. The range is tested for up to 50 washes without a loss of performance, including maintaining high visibility compliance. The product embodies environmental benefits such as recycling at end-of-life and a circular process, while still achieving EN ISO 20471 Class 3 high visibility. The design includes two-band and brace construction to enhance fit and visibility in demanding work environments.
