It uses GRS-certified recycled polyester yarns and a 160gsm Bird Eye fabric to deliver long-lasting performance. The garment features hex-patterned heat-sealed retro-reflective tape for comfort and flexibility, contributing to EN ISO 20471 Class 3 high-visibility compliance. At end of life, the product is collected for recycling through a Circular Process, supporting a closed-loop approach. Washability has been tested to 50 washes without loss of performance, including high-visibility standards. The fabric and trims include materials sourced from post-consumer plastic bottles, with an average of nine 1L bottles used to produce one polo.”
