MOSCATEL CASK FINISH: Finished in a Moscatel wine cask, beautifully balancing Caol Ila's signature coastal peat smoke with rich, wine-cask sweetness and jammy red fruit. TASTING NOTES: Opens with aromas of sticky cola sweets and caramelised sugar; the palate delivers sweet, jammy fruit layered over classic Islay peat smoke with a long, smoky, caramel finish.
