Usage

For a bath, add 250 g Magnesium Flakes to warm water and relax for 20 minutes; increase the amount for a more intensive experience. For a footbath, add 150 g to approximately 5 liters of water and relax for 20 minutes. Use 2–3 times per week as part of a revitalising routine. The product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Packaging is fully recyclable and the product is intended for external use only.
