PLANT-BASED NUTRIENTS: Prunes contain a wide range of plant-based nutrients, and it has been shown that just 100g of prunes per day can contribute to normal bowel function. ORGANIC PRUNES: Made from the juice of 650g organic fruit, including prunes, plum, grape, apricot aronia and lemon. The juice is certified by Organic Certifying Body CH-BIO-006. NOT FROM CONCENTRATE: Biotta does not use concentrates and only offers premium freshly pressed juices as opposed to reconstituted concentrates. NATURAL AND SIMPLE INGREDIENTS: Prunes are dried plums. Only certain varieties of plums are used to make prunes (they have a particular sugar content which stops them fermenting) and these are harvested and dehydrated. They sweat it out in temperatures up to 100°C for 12-24 hours. All of the vitamins and minerals it contains come from nature!
