An excellent addition to any experimental cocktail enthusiast's tool-kit. This is classic nutty, mushroomy, garlicky, fragrant truffle captured with remarkable purity. Such is the depth and roundness of flavour, the gentian bitterness fades almost unnoticeably into the background, although it is objectively just as bitter as the rest of the range. Just a few drops in a dry Martini works wonders.
