Blackfriar Polyurethane Varnish P40 in Light Oak Gloss provides a durable, protective finish for interior woodwork. It is designed to enhance the natural color of wooden surfaces such as floors and furniture while delivering a tough, glossy coating. The varnish is resistant to knocks, heat, and diluted acids, making it suitable for high-traffic areas and surfaces exposed to wear. It is solvent-based and can be applied using a brush or roller in even coats. For best results, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or grease, and allow sufficient drying time between coats. Typical coverage is approximately 14 square meters per litre per coat, with touch-dry in 2–4 hours and hard-dry in 3 days; recoatable after 16 hours. The product is suitable for interior wooden surfaces such as floors, furniture, and woodwork, and provides a gloss finish in Light Oak color at 500ml. Multiple coats may be required for optimal protection and appearance.
