A QUICK AND TACTICAL GAME: Everyone plays at the same time! Each turn, we draw a card that contains a number and an element (pool, garden...). Each player must artfully combine house numbers and actionson his individual card. YOUR GOAL: Use card draws to the best way to fill your neighborhood and score the most points. You will need to be anticipated and tactic to build the most beautiful neighborhood and win the game. THE PART: 1 to 6 players 10 years and up 25 minutes of play approx. Accessible and fast: The game is played at both 2 and 6. The base game is explained quickly and after a few rounds of the game everyone will have understood. Extensions allow to renew the experience and offer a very high replayability.
