Palate: Raisins and sultanas drive the palate, evolving into a dense fruitcake core layered with sweet cinnamon and dark chocolate. A velvety spice coats the tongue, giving a lush, lingering finish with a touch of dryness. Finish: A rich, long finish that lingers with sherry-soaked fruit, cocoa and spice, slowly fading to a refined, slight dryness.
