Single Cask 29 year old 46% ABV Nose: Fruity with a lot of apple compote and cider - then candied love apple and nutmeg - above all fragrant cedar wood. Palate: Intense, again the cider, with pear casserole and sweet jasmine tea, followed by coconut, vanilla, ginger jam and complex spices that almost explode on the palate. Finish: A surprisingly small tobacco note in the finish.
