Apply Bleach to virgin hair and add toner after to remove any brassiness HOW TO USE: Apply Total Bleach to virgin hair and let it develop according to instructions. Once your hair's lightened, shampoo and rinse twice to remove bleach, towel dry. Follow with White Toner. Apply all over your towel dried hair, comb through and wait 20 mins.
