KÉKFRANKOS: Also known as Blaufränkisch, Lemberger and Frankovka, is one of Hungary's principal red grape varieties. This versatile grape is celebrated for delivering a perfect balance of elegance and complexity, showcasing rich dark-fruit flavours, subtle spice notes, and smooth tannins. POWERFUL VINTAGE: It has a deep ruby colour and a spicy nose with floral aromas. The palate is savoury with vibrant acidity and a tight tannic structure. You'll find notes of red and black fruits, particularly blackcurrant, complemented by fragrant hints of violets and lavender. VERSATILE CHOICE: Its vibrant acidity makes it an excellent match for hearty dishes. It pairs well with steaks, meatloaf, and barbecued meats, while a rich vegetable stew is a great option too.
