Bondloc B577 Pipe Seal with Teflon is a high-viscosity, thixotropic gel paste that cures rapidly in the absence of air, forming an instant seal up to 10 bar through its anaerobic curing system when in contact with metals. Once fully cured, it withstands pressures up to 350 bar and offers good chemical and solvent resistance. It is designed for sealing threaded connections against water, oil, gases, and other common materials conveyed by pipes. The product is yellow, based on a dimethacrylate resin, and has a typical cure time of 6–12 hours, with a shelf life of 12 months at 20°C. It is not suitable for oxygen systems and requires activation at 100°C to achieve its rated performance.
