General description Bondloc B270 Studlock is a high-strength, permanent green-colored threadlocker designed for securing threaded assemblies. It is suitable for locking studs up to 1 inch in diameter, providing a seal against leakage and corrosion. The product is resistant to fuels, lubricants, and most industrial liquids and gases, eliminating the need for double nutting or welding in critical applications. It reduces assembly stress and prevents cracked castings caused by interference fit stresses, allowing for thinner casting designs and lighter assemblies.
