Bondloc B480 is a black rubber-toughened cyanoacrylate adhesive designed to form strong, durable bonds across a range of materials, including metals, plastics, wood, ceramics, rubber, leather, cardboard, and glass. It cures quickly through a reaction with moisture on the bonding surfaces, requiring close-fitting joints for optimal strength. The formulation supports quick repairs on small parts, and newer gel variants enable curing in wider gaps and on vertical surfaces. The product is an ethyl cyanoacrylate-based adhesive with a medium viscosity, supplied in a 20 g size. Shelf life is six months unopened.
