BOSCH ACCESORIOS X431 Concave FV G60 Metal Disk 115 mmElevate your metalworking projects with the superior performance and reliability of the BOSCH ACCESORIOS X431 Concave FV G60 Metal Disk. Expertly engineered for professionals and demanding enthusiasts, this 115 mm grinding disc is the ultimate accessory for tackling tough jobs on steel and other metals. Its design is optimized to deliver consistent results, exceptional durability, and a high-quality surface, making it an indispensable part of your electric tool accessory collection. This disc is specifically designed to provide a Good Finish. The grit is bonded using fully synthetic resin for wear resistance in heavy-duty applications. The X431 Standard for Metal is compatible with angle grinders, ensuring seamless integration into your existing workflow for tasks ranging from weld preparation to surface finishing on various metal components.Exceptional Performance and DurabilityAt the core of the BOSCH X431 disc´s impressive performance is its robust construction. The disc is built upon a sturdy X-Cloth backing material, which provides essential stability and rigidity during grinding. This robust foundation minimizes flexing and vibration, allowing for precise control and even pressure distribution across the workpiece. The result is a smoother, more controlled grinding experience and a more uniform finish.Engineered for longevity, the disc features a fully synthetic resin bonding. This advanced adhesion technology secures the abrasive grit to the backing with exceptional strength, preventing premature grit shedding and ensuring the disc maintains its aggressive cutting action throughout an extended service life. This durability means fewer disc changes and greater productivity, even under the high thermal and physical stress of continuous, heavy-duty applications.Advanced Abrasive Technology for a Consistent FinishThe cutting power of the X431 disc comes from its semi-friable aluminium oxide grit. This high-quality abrasive is exceptionally robust and wear-resistant, engineered to break down in a controlled manner during use. This self-sharpening action continually exposes new, sharp cutting edges, guaranteeing a consistently high material removal rate and producing a clean, even finish from the moment you start until the job is done. The G60 grit level offers a perfect balance between aggressive material removal and the ability to achieve a refined surface on steel. The carrier plate is available in angled and straight, fibreglass and plastic variants to suit different application needs.Designed for universal convenience, this 115 mm disc comes equipped with a standard 22.23 mm bore, making it a perfect fit for most standard locking nut angle grinders available on the market. This ensures quick, easy, and secure mounting, minimizing downtime and maximizing your efficiency on the job site.--- Features:- Sturdy Backing Material Is X-Cloth: Ensures optimal stability and control when grinding for more predictable and safer operation.- Fully Synthetic Resin Bonding For Durability: Provides superior grit adhesion for a longer disc life and consistent performance under heavy loads.- Semi-Friable Aluminium Oxide Grit: A robust and wear-resistant abrasive that delivers a consistently high-quality finish and effective material removal.- Universal Compatibility: Features a 22.23 mm bore for use with standard locking nut angle grinders.--- Specifications:- Disc Diameter mm: 115- Bore Diameter mm: 22.23- Grit: 60- Materials: Steel. tradeinn Bricoinn
