Bottega Gold has been defined as the “Glamor sparkling wine” which is characterized by the bottle from distinctive golden livery. Bottega Rose Gold is a Brut sparkling wine obtained from rosé vinification of Pinot Noir grapes. The package contains: 1 Gold Shop 20 cl 1 Rose Gold Shop 20 cl Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC Spumante Brut Color and Appearance: Brilliant, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Smell: Typical, characteristic and refined with fruity notes (in particular green apple, pear, citrus), floral (white flowers, acacia, wisteria and lily of the valley) and to close with sage and spice. Taste: Soft, harmonious and elegant, with a slender body and acidity present and well harmonized. Rosé Gold Pinot Noir Sparkling Brut Color and Appearance: Brilliant, pale pink colour, fine and persistent perlage. Smell: Intense, complex, elegant, characterized by floral and dominated by fruity notes, among which berries stand out, in particular currants and wild strawberries. Taste: Fresh, delicate, velvety and with excellent structure; marked body and in balance with acidity, it exhibits good retro olfactory persistence.
