Bourbon-matured with a triple Pedro Ximénez octave finish delivering dark fruit, spice and sweetness, while keeping a rich smoky maritime character. Bowmore North Star Single Cask 11 year old 56.1% ABV Nose: Coastal smoke, dried fruit, treacle and soft oak spice. Palate: Peat smoke, PX sweetness, dark fruit and warming spice. Finish: Long and warming, with lingering smoke, sweetness and gentle oak.
