One Way Or Another Single Malt Scotch 11 year old 56.7% ABV Nose: Salty peat, sugary breakfast cereal, icing sugar, & a touch of wood. Palate: Bright & salty. Cereals persist driving the flavour profile. This starts sugary sweet before drying out to tingling oak and spice with a generous honey note & texture. Finish: The sugar sweet fades to oak & delicate smoke leaving a satisfying warmth in the mouth and chest.
