Providing extra support for post partum lochia, light bladder leaks, the beginning and end of your period, discharge & sweat when working out, playing sports such as netball and hockey and for running. High waist, full coverage for protection after giving birth, post party & c-section recovery. * FOR LIGHT LEAKS | We suggest wearing these period & incontinence knickers at the beginning and end of your period, for light bladder leaks and for extra protection against leaks when using a menstrual cup or tampon. Can hold up to 10ml the equivalent of 2 tampons. * WASHABLE | Made with 75% nylon & 25% Elastane, these high waist menstrual and incontinence knickers can be washed at 30 degrees.
