Distilled in small batches at Penderyn Distillery, Wales, using pristine Brecon Beacons spring water and traditional copper pot stills. Crafted from a harmonious blend of juniper, coriander, citrus peels and globally sourced botanicals, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70 cl glass bottle. TASTING NOTES – Nose, Delicate citrus aromas of lemon, orange and bergamot underpinned by warm baking spices with Rich juniper forefront with sweet coriander seed nuances. TASTING NOTES – Palate, Smooth, rounded profile achieved without charcoal filtration leaves a creamy mouthfeel revealing fresh orange zest and bergamot oils. SERVE - Neat over ice with sprigs of fresh mint and ribbons of cucumber to accentuate herbaceous notes.
