Backed by the Brieftons lifetime replacement policy. KEEP-FRESH LID, COMPACT STORAGE, AND CLEANING COMB: The keep-fresh lid seals the container so you can refrigerate prepped onions, courgettes, and peppers directly after dicing - no need to transfer to a separate container. The cleaning comb clears food from between blade teeth. Blade set stores inside the container when not in use. The complete unit (27.5cm x 13.5cm x 13cm) stores upright in a deep drawer or flat in a standard cupboard. IN THE BOX: QuickPush chopper body (BR-QP-02), 3 German steel blades (6mm, 12mm, 19mm), 8-cup (1.8 litre) BPA-free container, keep-fresh lid, cleaning comb, and links to 5 downloadable Brieftons recipe eBooks. Caution: peel hard-skinned vegetables before use. Do not force raw carrots, beetroot, or celery through blades without pre-boiling or microwaving - forcing dense roots without preparation can damage blades and voids warranty.
